I Wish I Would Have Taken the Blue Pill

So this journal will definitely be a little of this and a little of that. Since it is mostly under the radar I can do whatever I wish!

This is my first fangirl posting, although it is kind of anti-fandom. I have to say that over the past few days they Grey's community has been up in arms over the news that Kate Walsh may be getting her own series. I think that I may be the only person that was instantly happy to hear about it. I stopped watching Grey's after Derek picked Meredith. I really did not like how they slept together at the prom and how everything post prom was handled. Don't get me wrong now, I still know what is going on and I have to say that I am happy that I have missed it all. The "sweeps" storyline I think would have killed it for me anyway. I love Bailey and Addison and Callie, but seeing as the show is named after the main character and I cannot stand her I know that there would not be enough screen time for the characters I like to make up for having to see Meredith and Merder.

Anyway I say bring on Addison's show. I know that she is one, if not the most popular character on Grey's and I think that there will be a lot of people that watch the show just for her that will watch a show that is all about her. The spiteful part of me wants her show to do better than Grey's. Part of me (the conspiracy theorist) believes that by getting Addison of Grey's Shonda can get away from all the Addeks that are still out there (I for one am a card carrying member). She can then write her show the way that she intended and let Merder go happily into the sunset.

So for all of you Kate Walsh/Addison fans, band together, spread the Addie love and make sure that people watch the new show. If we can make it more popular than Grey's then maybe the storylines in Grey's will improve.

Next time I will spread my theories on Huddy (House/Cuddy) my second favorite pairing. Stay tuned!

So I got enough money to stay until Friday. After that who knows. I am doing much better now that I have some breathing room, but that could all change over the next two days. Let's just hope that my dad has a streak of good luck and that things work out.

I really want to be able to enjoy my Christmas and not have to go home in shame and anger. I am going to keep a positive view point here. No more negativity.
